I do not survive financially by design alone at this point in my experience. As a means of income I work in the live theater business in NYC. Part of my time is spent in Times Square promoting my shows at TKTS ( a half price ticket booth for Broadway and off-Broadway).
I have turned many on to human design while out there. Recently I have done the charts of other show hawkers and discovered a couple interesting things.
Realize this is all happening in Times Square inbetween all of us pushing our shows with thousands of people around us and lines reaching upwards of 1000 people waiting to purchase tickets.
I am a emotional generator and when appropriately asked I have informed the other about my involvement in design. Within the last 20 days I have done seven charts and three readings (the other four are getting one).
All seven are generators (one sacral, two emotional, four splenic). Four are 1/3 profile. Three of the splenic beings and myself have the 54-32. All are in their 20's except one. No one is married.
The three 54-32 want to do the LD course. They feel the transformative nature of the information.
The splenic beings: one has five gates, four channels; one has six gates, two channels; one has all seven gates, two channels and the last one has all seven gates and four channels.
What I have observed is that these beings are persistent at knowing more and asking questions. The splenic beings seem to resonate to the logic of design. They just get it. It's the logic that is undeniable. They don't just challenge the information but ask questions for explanations on what I have told them.
The 1/3's are great judges of the validity because of their foundation orientation. I know if they find this unstable they will call it out. They all seek further investigation on their design and find what I tell them accurate.
Everyday I see them they want more and they get it in the moment I tell them. They have also immediately told others and want to know about them. A couple of the splenic beings can already predict the characteristics of those we observe together and have accurate assessments on behavioural patterns that may indicate open centers.
As I expand there exposure to this world I point out what they share with the others and it is great to watch them begin to relate in this new way. Seeing their similarities and identifying with them.
What is fascinating to watch is the unfolding of this new communication potential and the speed in which it is delivered. Words are so slow in comparison. Observing these people seeing things in each other and themselves that they never were in conscious touch with before is amazing.
They joke about their and the other strategies, but they get it. They are pointing out each others grunts and groans and deliberately ask each other questions in a yes or no format to watch the response. They are having fun and enjoying their experience so far. They have heard their not self strategies and I point it out when I observe it and it's appropriate. In the beginning I want them to discover their stategy.
I have those that do challenge me and I answer their questions. They call it mumbo jumbo and cultish, but they still are interested enough to keep it a topic of discussion.
My greatest lesson is my personal surrender. I go out there four to five days a week and never mention design until asked. Sometimes they ask me something right away and other times it takes a while. Honestly, I don't think about it until the questions come. I do what I have to for my show and do not anticipate questions or even keep it in the front of my thoughts.
I feel the power of my energy released in response and the clarity of my answers when I wait. I am also comfortable saying I don't know when I don't (open mind).
Being in the center of NYC talking about the most transformative information on the planet has been quite an experience so far.
