Wow! And whew! Now I understand where all those tangled/strangled feelings come from, and why I'm in such high demand to do work that I really don't enjoy.

As for some other aspects of my design, well, okay, I could wish to exchange them for a design with more panache, but it's still a relief to understand that I just don't have the design to be a Doctor, Lawyer or Indian Chief! (I wish I could have shown my parents that years ago; so much stress and struggle might have been avoided ...) Now I can stop being "them" and concentrate on being "me." I'm getting to know "me" and heck, I like it!

Gennaro, thank you for pulling together my stepdaughter's reading so quickly! We listened to it Christmas morning as a family and she was absolutely spellbound.

At one point the reading said she did not have a strong tribal sense, because of the open ego center. She feels very strongly that she DOES - but I suggested that perhaps it is because she is in a house with my wife and I, who both do, and she takes in our mind auras.

Afterwards, I said to her, "You know, sometimes some of what is on this CD needs to be interpreted in order to ring true, like the family tribe bit. My point in giving you the CD was not to tell you this is gospel, but t give you a filter with which to reflect on your life and see patterns. If you find an interpretation that makes the CD true, then in that moment you DID find truth through the CD, even if it needed your participation in order to get there.

But the fact is, almost all of it rang true on the face to her, even down to details. It continues to amaze me how correct these readings seem. I don't seem to have it in my make-up to accept that the place and time of a person's birth determines their personality, despite all evidence to the contrary - and am left with this mystery.

Thanks for taking the time to write some feedback. It is always very appreciated.
You mention your envy of defined centers, which you don't have many of. It is true that a defined center can be "powerful, strong, dynamic, etc" but it can also be fixed, overbearing, limited etc.
An open center can feel the brunt of this defined center. But the open center can also be free; free to experience others; free to change. If there ever was a center that represented that saying "The truth shall set you free" it would have to be the open center. You have the ability to see into the other with those open centers. I once knew a guy with all nine centers defined. What a stick in the mud! You could set your watch by his pulse. Bless his soul.

Spend your time checking out other peoples' defined centers but when you go home be grateful you can leave it all behind. I don't mean to put down defined centers, lots of wonderful stuff there, but this tool is great for putting the ducks in their place and the chickens in theirs.

I recently had a reading with Gennaro and must say that it was valuable and inspiring. Gennaro's knowledge and natural down to earth style was very useful and practical.

I first heard of design from a close friend who began study early in this year. Since the first moment I was intrigued and began not only to try my strategy of informing (with great results) but to explore every avenue possible on-line to gather information and understanding. I'm in Alaska and to my knowledge not many people are even aware of Design here, hence my on-line search....

My 20 year interest in the I Ching and my early childhood exposure to the wonders of DNA (a topic my father was consumed with since the 50's, we all had double helix mobiles in our bedroom!) and other incorporated practices of interest to me certainly made Human Design a very logical "coming together" of all the pieces.

I'm a 6/2 Emotional Manifestor on the Cross of Informing so have always been a self described "information junkie". (I have read the entire glossary and pretty much all postings here and reviewed every sight I find on-line which relates to Human Design if that helps you see how I am!)

Gennaro's reading described me and how I operate in a very confirming way and with some great humour and visual analogies. I HIGHLY recommend him as an analyst.

The more I learn about my design, one thing that keeps surfacing is how grateful I feel to have been adopted by two fine projectors who dealt with me very fairly and supportively. They gave me very few restrictions, taught me to ask permission and inform and told me I could do whatever I chose to do. They embraced my differences very well. They never used physical discipline in spite of how challenging I now see that I was as a child....They also dealt very well with my twin reflector brothers. (also adopted)

At age 50, rapidly approaching 51, I do have some awareness of things I didn't at a younger age regarding the impact I have on others and an acceptance of how I do things which are very different from others but Design and my reading have really provided me with the affirmation of these things as "who I am" and how to operate correctly with them. It's okay that I've had many careers, relationships, interests etc.! It's okay that I seem to have a big impact on others. My open G and how that has worked or not worked for me through the years...I could go on at length but to be a little more concise.... What a relief to know I am exactly how I am supposed to be.

Design and my very new and eager beginnings of understanding of it have also helped me understand my generator son, MG daughter and in particular my little 3 year old projector grandson who has all the same centers as I do and many other ends of hanging gates....It has helped us to know his type and strategy and channels more than I can say and I look forward to learning more in order to be the best role model possible for him and help him learn how his strategy can work for him.

Hearing the program on Kiron return (after some trial and error as I couldnt be personally presant during the live version) recently was also great and I look forward to having a Kiron return reading as soon as finances permit as well as beginning formal study of Human Design.

I came to Human Design by chance but at a critical time in my life- I'm grateful for the insights it has given me. I am very familiar with conventional astrology but found the Human Design reading brought whole new perspectivies. Something really important about having the information and insights relate to my body and energy centres....Experience of life is intimately bound up with being in a human body and Human Design honours that! ( Important for me to honour that when, as you pointed out, I can stay safely although not healthily in my mind! You have helped to give me the courage to follow what I would call my deep feminine!)
Much food for thought, much practical advice...examples, humour, gritty truths and may I say inspired - esp the Chiron reading! I found the phone follow up after the first reading very helpful - good to chat to 'the man' and move beyond email. Very helpful, amazing too as I'm french I was afraid to not really understand all the listening but it was very clear , it was thing that I knew intimately but about the strategy I learn something really new for me and I try to put in action right away, even I have the information to be more quiet, and it works , really works So I decide to go far and I'd like to take the basic lessons online , I 'd like to begin in April and I'm very enthusiastic > I'm very pleased to have this reading with Gennaro who represents this new concept really well, Thank you again.

It is amazing to see how the instinctual knowledge Ive been grappling with for years vs. existing societal expectations is exactly what I am supposed to be doing - what a relief!
Practical suggestions for the flowing life Ive always desired was just what I needed for confirmation.
No BS or flowery language here - New Age pundits desiring a flaky, PC explanation should go elsewhere.
