Integration 34-20
You have the channel of charisma this is a design where thoughts must become deeds. It is going to be a challenge for you to have patience to wait to respond to life as you are here to live in the now. Although, it is only through entering into things correctly through response that you will be empowered to be busy and self involved doing the things you love. You have the power to be independent in life and it is important for you to do so.
Individual- Knowing 43-23
You have the channel of structuring, a design of individuality (Genius to freak) you have an extremely individual mind and it may help you to know your unique insights are not always going to be understood by others. It is important for you to explain yourself clearly and when you are invited to share your ideas with others you will feel empowered for being recognised for the genius in you.

You have the channel of Exploration. Your journey through life is a process of self discovery. You are here to follow your own convictions and have the ability to be yourself, through adopting different behaviours as your environment changes. When you wait to respond to life and enter into experiences correctly through your sacral response, you will empower others through your magnetic energy by being yourself, being busy doing what you love.

You have the channel of Abstraction, this is a design of mental activity mixed with clarity. You have a very active mind. However your ideas are not always going to be understood. Realise your constant mental activity is just a process and try not to get caught up in analysing and reanalysing. You may find listening to music helps you to ease the mental activity constantly going on inside your head. And when the timing is right and you are invited to share your stories and experiences this can be empowering for you and others.

You are able to combine your depth with your skills for that one thing that really 'calls' you through acting according to your strategy. By experimenting with it through the process of repetition and refinement you can transcend to a level of mastery. When your talent is recognised you will really have the ability to express yourself and share the logic of your creativity with others.

You have the channel of Synthesis, and is a design of sensitivity. This channel synthesises your emotions and helps you get in touch with emotions. You can have a deep sensitivity to the emotional needs of others. Being so emotional it will be tempting for you to make decisions about relationships/work/hobbies when you are high on your emotional wave. Remember to wait and sleep on it, for the clarity will come over time. You need to be recognised by others before entering into things, for example, if you rush in to give your support to a friend without being invited to do so, this can result in being seen as insensitive.
Tribal - Defence 59-6
You have the channel of Mating. A design focused on reproduction of anything creative. You have a real ability to be intimate with others and the ability to breakdown barriers very easily. However, having a very strong aura can be felt very deeply by others and may not always be welcomed. By not being the one who initiates intimacy and acting in response to the reactions of others you will generate supportive relationships in work and play.

Now you left out the channel keynote because you worked it into the sentese but it is a good idea to always say it as well.
So you would say this:

I posted my homework before seeing your answer to Ron, so I didn't know it should be just a paragraph. I did it according to what I thought I heard you say during the first class, which was simply to write about one Integration Channel taking into account all the relevant keynotes. It seems you also want a labor of synthesis, so do I need to do it again?
The Channel of Awakening 20/10
The Channel of Awakening, one of the Integration Channels, connects the 10th Gate Of Behavior Of The Self in the G center with the 20th Gate Of The Now in the throat.
As an integration channel, the keynote is Self empowerment and individuation. Having this channel in your design emphasizes how important it is to be yourself regardless of the risk. Your capacity to verbalize your self-empowerment and acceptance will empower others in the process, just by being yourself. This is also called "a design of commitment to higher principles", or the commitment to being you whether out of self-love or self-hate.
Being a projected channel, the correct strategy is to wait to be invited or recognized before expressing your self.
Homework 1 : 34 -57 The Channel of the Archetype
34-57 The Channel of the Archetype:
This channel is an Integration channel and is about self-empowerment. It is not a channel to empower others. People with this channel are designed to be archetypes of what it is to be human, to be alive.
This channel links the Spleen, through Gate 57, The Gate of clarity and Intuition, to the 34, The Gate of Power, in the Sacral. Gate 57 in the Spleen, symbolises the right ear and so it is about responding to what we hear. Historically, it is about survival through hearing our predators and being able to get away.
It is a Generator channel as it connects our source energy from the Sacral to empower our intuition in the Spleen. Which means when these people trust in their intuitive response from what they hear in the changes in sound and vibration in their environment, moment by moment they are empowered to live out what it is to be alive. If they don't wait to respond to their environment they are not able to use their power correctly. It is vital for them to be focused in the 'now' to be able to attune to their immediate environment.
People with this channel need to feel self-empowered. It is therefore important for them to be self-sufficient and have their own bank accounts/car etc. Being dependent on others can break them. They can also come across as being deeply self-absorbed and this is correct for them. Being one of the Integration channels it is a self-centred process about living out their own personal power.

Homework 1. One IntegrationChannel: 34-20
34-20. The Channel of Charisma
It links the Sacral center (34 - The Power of the Great) to the Throat center (20 - Contemplation). So the first thing we see is that is the most characteristic Manifesting Generator channel, which already gives us two important keynotes: response and patience. It is also one of the Integration channels, which provides more central concepts: self- empowerment, self-centeredness, survival. And then, looking at the two gates that form it, we see that the 34 is the Gate of Power, and the 20, the Gate of the Now.
This is already plenty of material to work with. Let’s see:
A channel that unites the power of the sacral motor with manifestation (throat) in the now is obviously a “design where thoughts must become deeds”. These “thoughts” are not necessarily mental, but impulses and feelings, depending on the rest of activations in each person’s bodygraph. Whatever it is that prompts it, the reaction is similar: the body wants to star moving. For instance, you meet somebody at a party, and soon you have a strong feeling that you don’t like him. Immediately, it is as if your whole body reacts and you can find yourself actually turning your back to leave.
This tendency to immediate corporal expression makes these people constantly busy, always involved in some activity. If this channel is activated in red (unconsciously) in their bodygraph, it might take them time to be aware of this. In any case, the thing to remember are the clues provided by the keynotes we mentioned.
To begin with, this involvement in activity should always happen in response. To wait to “hear” their sacral response is difficult for Manifesting Generators who want to jump immediately into action, so these people need to cultivate patience. Since their response is immediate, almost compulsive, to operate correctly they have to be patient enough to wait and notice, once they have begun to respond, whether this response is positive or not. If it is not, they should not involve themselves any further in that activity, regardless of what their mind might say. It can also be good for them to accept a certain, subtle guidance from others, especially those with the channel 43/23, for this will give them a clearer idea of what their doing.
It also important that their “busy-ness” should be self-empowering, and they should not be afraid to look selfish and unavailable to others. It is in fact healthy and correct for them to be busy for and about themselves (particularly if their gates 28 and/or 38 are not activated). Otherwise, the opposite will happen: they will disempower themselves. They should relate to others as self-sufficient beings, since any kind of dependency will always lead to frustration. This is particularly true in the material realm, since this channel, like all belonging to the Integration group, is about personal survival.
Finally, it is important to remember the central significance of honoring one’s “inner authority”. People with this channel can have only sacral or emotional authority. If their authority is sacral, all the information above relates directly to them. If their authority is emotional, they also need to remember to be even more patient and wait for the clarity at the end of their wave before making further commitments.
Whatever be the case, if they honor their authority they will always, and only, be involved in activities they actually love, and in so doing, they will really beam Charisma...
