Do the locations, arrangements, channels, and compilations of the gates in the 'G' & Ego centers, indicate that by combining these two centers - a representation of what is commonly considered the 'Heart' can be recognized?

In other words: Could someone call both Ego & 'G' Centers together, our "Human Heart"?

Here is an answer Randy Richmond gives. He's head of the Education Board for Human Design. It is similar to the one I gave you with a good list of some of the key love gates.
The link to the audio file is:

You will need the latest Windows Media Player 9 (which you will need for a lot of media on this site so you might as well get it anyway!). The download link for the player is:

ego and heart

The ego and g/self center ARE connected through the channel of Initiation, which does have a lot to do with "having the heart to jump into something" that results in finding your (new) self. This is what this channel is all about. And there is often blood involved. It is a process that takes courage or stupidity, depending on your take of things. The African initiation rite of circumcision, for example is not for the faint of heart but it marks the transition from one identity to another.
The search for the Holy Grail is what I think of with this channel. You've got a bunch of warriors all competing to find the Grail (it is a competitive channel). They all go through trials and tribulations on their own. Many die. But they all discover something new about themselves. They have the "gall" (ego) to jump into the danger of the unknown and they come out on the other side (in the G center) having discovered something about themselves.
So in that sense you are in the right area. But I have never actually heard or read anything about the two centers combined bing the "human heart."
I hope this helps. Gennaro.
