Someone has the 45/21 conscious and 56/11 (56 con & uncon - 11 unconscious). Ego manifestor - authority is ego. Can someone please give me some insight into this inner authority.

Spleen, sacral and solar plexus each have very specific strategies as inner authorities and is therefore easy to guide someone as to how to listen to it. How does someone listen to their ego?

also they have to be clear who is going to control what and be ok with it. they also have to have an idea of the material rewards or implications and be ok with that. how much will it cost, how much will i get, who will be in charge, what am i accountable for, what are you accountable for. will this result in a nice resting reward (a massage or vacation to bermuda, for example)? it's not like they have to sit down and think about any of this (because there is a danger in that), it is just naturally what they will consider. but if they are not ok with any of the above and someone is telling them not to worry, that is something to watch out for, because it will result in power conflicts and anger.

Ego Manifestors are quite rare indeed. All decisions in life for them flow directly from their will. If they want something they go after it, and by their sheer force of will they achieve it in proportion to the willpower they exert.

All through life they have to learn to deal with material issues and demands. Basically, they have to be their own boss since they are not designed to be under anyone else's control. In that way they can make money at whatever they take on and that's also how they fulfil their Authority.

When they do go after something they want, they just have to remember to inform others before they jump in, otherwise they make people nervous!
