I am wondering what it means to have all centres defined. If the greatest wisdom and growth comes from our open centres what is happening with someone who doesn't have any? Is their growth just through the channels? etc
Anyone out there with personal experience in this?
All centers defined means you work the way you have been defined to work. Very strong on one end, but possibly easilly broken on another since you only know your one way. These people never change (in general, discounting such things as life cycle changes such as saturn return). In my experience they can be boring, but I'm sure there are people out there who beg to differ. Wisdon comes from open centers but their wisdom comes from living one way for a lifetime.
My husband has all centers defined with a split definition, manifesting generator through three motors, the sacral, the ego, and the root centers. He is anything but boring. Most people experience him as powerful, something that puzzles him, because in his mind he does not want power, only results. People either love him or hate him. Most people who work for him love him. He is an administrator and is very passionate about creating opportunities for those without opportunity. He is not easily influenced, but he is a good listener. He says that going to meetings or being in groups where one is expected to join in by adopting that group's point of view is very uncomfortable, as he wants to be a part of things but can't give himself over to it. So he listens, not to "turn myself over to the idea" but to try to understand and takes away what is useful in accomplishing his overall objectives. As his wife I sometimes wonder what I have to bring to the relationship as he seems so complete. It helps to be strong and clear in my own direction or I can be very influenced by his (I have three open centers with a triple split definition). Then he can be understanding and supportive.
