The goal of this game is to find your way through all the squares by moving AROUND the defined centers and moving THROUGH the undefined ones. You can’t cross your own path except when passing through an open center (in which case you must cross your path).

The defined triangle centers (head, ajna, and ego) allow you to pass through the open sides only. Image 1 on the right shows examples of a defined triangle and two open centers.

The best way to solve the puzzle is to do all the simple things first: make crosses in the open centers, pass through the open sides of the defined triangles, and any other little things where there is only one option.  It would look like image 2.

Once that is done you should look for the squares with only two unoccupied sides left and fill those in. Eventually you want it to look something like image 3 - notice the path never crosses itself except in the open centers and every square is passed through. Good luck! It is a tricky one.
