My First Web Log

Incredibly I have never before attempted to web log as such. Gennaro thought I would duck to water with this. Well I am reluctant. But here goes.

And here is something special. The story of how the Digital Witchdoctor got his name.

Well I blame Douglas Adams. There is an episode of the original Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy BBC radio show that opens with the book describing a planet so backward that the people there still think digital watches are a good idea. I was a student then studying the Anthropology of Religion at Cambridge, this would be I suppose my second year there. I had a room FULL of keyboards and guitars, I played in 5 bands at any one time, because bass guitar players were rare, I even toured with the Cambridge Footlights revue band.

It is here that I will relate the comings and goings of those people and events that pass through the Human Design Institute during its Winter quarter.

Martha's Vineyard is probably the most beautiful island on the Eastern Seaboard and provides the mystical setting for students and analysts to come and immerse themselves in the study of themselves or ongoing courses on the internet or on site in the company of others or over evening meals and have the experience of speaking HD.

A live in study program has begun for the Winter of 2005, 2006. This is an opportunity for students or analysts of any level to live and speak the unique language of Human Design with others. This has been known as the “Socratic Tradition” through history. It is an essential element of the learning process. One may come and take internet courses and enjoy follow up conversations or study with Edward Stanton or simply come for conversation. There is great stimulation and growth in sharing and listening to one’s self as well. We have the magic of a potent concentrated language like no other humans before us have had and it needs the chance to be spoken. Most of us study in mute isolation apart from live classroom experience not benefiting from mutually enriching discussions that the dynamics of live auric contact provide.
The beautiful Island of Martha’s Vineyard is an ideal setting with a mystical touch, a bit removed from the mainland well suited for quiet study in comfortable surroundings with access to a vast audio and reference library or tutoring. Located in the woods there are trails to the ocean right from the house and the beach walks are memorable and mystical. Length of stay is in six-day intervals; one may reserve as many intervals as wished. The daily fee is $65 per day, which includes meals. Reservations begin Dec 10

Well, this is my first blog entry. Today has been a strange day, I have felt really weird all day, perhaps it's the change in energy of the 13th gate going into the 3rd line - it defines my 33rd gate. 13th gate 3rd line is pessimism - I don't consciously feel particularly pessimistic, I've just been walking around with an air of 'hurrumph' around me all day, and making sure I keep my mouth shut for fear of what might come out. About lunch time I just decided to ignore it and keep going as it shall pass.

:D :shock: :lol: hey everybody i am a 6-2 reflector and my wife a 1-3 reflector and we are expecting a baby,is there some body interested i setting up a reflector fund for reflectors where they get free training and support from the world in exchance to be of full service to the human design education development to serve as a source of depth nd correctness for the times ahead...

I'm so happy I love blogging. I can now share some of my experiences as a deconditioning mg. On this my first blog i would like to know, are there others out there whose ears wiggle. I've noticed only since I've been undergoing my experiment have my ears started to move as if they are trying to focus in on what is being said or sounds in my environment. Maybe its because i'm a 22nd gate (the left ear), but I'm not a 57th gate (the right ear). Its really weird (i mean that in a good way), sometimes they will move independently, its sublte, others don't notice but I do. Mostly they move when I'm surprised at what is being said. (I'm a 51th gate).
